Next Session of Beginning 1 Swing/Lindy Hop
STARTS THURSDAY February 2nd 2012 from 8:30pm-9:15pm!
East Coast : Private lessons and group classes available
Beginning East Coast Swing is rotated amongst other American Style dances on Mondays or Tuesdays and also available now with Lindy Hop on Thursdays from 8:30-9:30pm. This is a good place to start with swing. It gives you a good base if you would like to move on to Lindy hop. This dance is also referred to as triple time swing. West Coast Swing: Predominantly private and some group classes
Beginning West Coast Swing Classes are offered predominantly on a private lesson basis and once or twice a year in a group class basis. This dance is more difficult than East Coast Swing and therefore private lessons are often very beneficial.
Lindy Hop: Private lessons and group classes available
Beginning 1 Swing/Lindy Hop is available on Thursdays from 8:30-9:15pm now! A good base for this dance is East Coast Swing. This dance is characteristic of kicks and 8 count figures.
